​​Our Journey... We began as Paella Time Byron Bay in 2008 cooking our first Paellas at the Nimbin Mardi Grass.We were at the local Byron bay, Bangalow and The Channon Markets every month for years and attended many many festivals such as Byron Bay Bluesfest,  Woodford Folk Festival, Splendour in the grass. Ballina Prawn festival and many moren 2018 we moved the famous 'Paella Time' from Byron Bay which we operated for 10 years up to Cairns, Far North Queensland and renamed it...        The East Coast Paella Co.Delivering the Finest Paellas on the East Coast from Cooktown to the Sunny Coast. Come and see us at an event near you and experience the colours and aromas of our delicious Paellas.​In Dec 2021 we started The hungry croc where you can find all of our delicious burgers including our amazing Barra Burger, our Crocodile Spring rolls, our now famous Croc dogs and our amazing Duck Nachos along with our Acai smoothie and other local fruit smoothies that have been enjoyed at our Rustys markets stall The cold bowl that we ran in 2022 and 2023 but is now closed for the time being​In 2024 we have added The Outback Baked Potato Van....Loaded Baked Potatoes in their jackets with loaded fries also!​In 2025 we have opened up The Hungry Croc in Brinsmead Cairns!
